BOMBSHELL REVELATION: The one thing able to fulfill your sexual desires, when they are no longer being fulfilled, is WORSHIP. If a person worships instead of seeking out another person for sex, masturbating, or viewing pornography to satisfy themselves worship will keep them when nothing else will. The intimacy of worship is greater than sex if a person allows themselves to experience it at that depth. Worship will keep you when your conviction won't and take you where preaching don't.
I'm convinced we've made a grave mistake in minimizing the worship and over emphasizing the preaching. Without question we need the preached word but a sermon is a monologue, and not the intimate dialogue that worship is. Preaching brings God's voice, but worship brings His presence. In Heaven we'll have the LORD's constant presence; there will be no preaching or preacher titles needed. The Father is always seeking worshippers not preachers. If He finds a worshipper then He can easily turn them into His messenger.
JOHN 4:23; "But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him."
Either we're preachers who worship or worshippers who preach? I'm a worshipper first. The preacher is what I do, but the worshipper is who I truly am. One will outlast the other. Preaching is like "McDonald's Shamrock shakes"; "its for a limited time only". Worship is eternal. Adam & Eve didn't preach in the Garden because there was no need for it. They were made to fellowship in worship. Sin is the reason we need doctors, lawyers, judges, police, and preachers. We must get back to Eden, and true worship.
Worship is meant to be "static" not "stagnant". When you live in an atmosphere of true worship you don't have to recreate the same atmosphere again. You take the atmosphere with you and let it change the atmosphere you step into. This is a sign of true prophetic worship, and a manifestation of real apostolic authority. This is the "warfare of worship" at work. This is how you know you are "dwelling" in GOD's presence, and not just visiting. "Praisers" visit, but "Worshippers" dwell.
PSALMS 91:1; "He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty."
Worship will keep you when your conviction won't and take you where preaching don't. Build up your heavenly account in worship so it will be easier to withdraw your deliverance. ~ I.J. West
