It's
not easy being a Black Christian with a revolutionary mindset. You are
called a racist by insecure & insensitive white folks on a regular
basis. You are called an "agent", "Uncle Tom", "coon", "brainwashed"
or worst by other non-Christian Black People. You are criticized for
not being enough of a Christian and too Black by other Black
Christians. Your choices become either sellout and start buck dancing
for white folks, or renounce your faith for Non-Christian black folks,
or act like your skin color is "clear" and be willfully blind to the social
injustices against Black People in order to please black church folks.
Well, I'm not doing any of that so you can forget it. I'm going to be
who I am whether you like it or not.
“Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?” ~ PSALM 94:16

Sodom & Gomorrah U.S.A
The violence in the world is never a surprise to me anymore, but
the insensitivity to the suffering of others who are victims of it by
those who claim to be morally upright or godly is always a
disappointment. "Sodom and Gomorrah" represent actual places
that were subjected to divine judgment, but for much more than what most
folks zero in on that makes their story famous. Sexual perversion was
not the only abomination Sodom & Gomorrah was guilty of, nor is it the
first thing mentioned when God Almighty gives his reasons for why he
destroyed them in judgment. Sadly, The Most High couldn't even find ten
righteous people for whom he would have spared the whole for. History
has a funny way of repeating itself if we're not careful, and we're even
worst.

Black Truth & Fiction... ROOTS
I tried to watch the new "ROOTS"
miniseries remake but I can't watch the whole thing and don't like
certain subtle messages in it. I don't knock anybody else for watching
it, but I just can't do it. I still haven't made it through "12 Years A Slave" and
probably never will because these movies anger me deeply no matter how
historically accurate they may be. I'm aware of the true history and
brutality of Western Colonial slavery, but no amount of stories made
into movies will ever get the descendants of the architects of these
European colonial powers who colonized & enslaved others to admit
the criminality of it and set things right that their ancestors made
wrong.

An Open Letter To (Some) Christian Preachers
AN OPEN LETTER TO (SOME) CHRISTIAN PREACHERS:
I haven't said much on ministry or Church issues lately but recently a
few folks who call themselves by these various titles of some kind of
preacher have gotten my attention because they have been up to no good with their same old self promotion
without any humility, so this is directly to
them. There's no need to comment in their defense unless you follow them
and feel you need to defend your own bad decision for your seared
consciousness sake because you're convicted, yet trying to justify your
bad judgment and lack of discernment in supporting them. No matter how
sincere a person started out what makes them false now is the fact they
continue to teach false doctrine while leading a false lifestyle. Don't
let fame or acclaim fool you or you're just a fool being easily fooled; which
is what they count on. Now on to these preachers...
